How can we start a conversation?
Your humans can contact me via email, text or phone call.
I’m happy to answer any questions and I also offer a free, no-obligation meeting in your home. This gives us the opportunity to exchange some slow blinks and sniffs, and your humans and I can further discuss your needs, routines, likes and dislikes.
Which locations do you service?
I visit Ascot Vale, Essendon, Flemington, Moonee Ponds and Travancore. I might also be able to visit locations further afield by adding a surcharge to my standard fees, for extra travel costs and time.
What are your service options and fees?
– Once-daily visits at $50 each
– Twice-daily visits at $45 each
– Overnight stays at $90 each
Can we mix services within a booking?
Yes! I’m flexible in regards to mixing services within a booking. For example, we can:
– Add a sleepover or second visit per day amongst once-daily visits
– Alternate with your friends or family if you’d like them to visit as well
What is your payment policy?
Payments can be made either in advance or within 2 weeks following the end of the booking. I accept bank transfers or cash – Whichever is easiest for your humans.
What is your cancellation policy?
I don’t charge cancellation fees.
