I offer 3 service options: Visiting once a day, visiting twice a day, and sleeping over.
My visits are at least 40 minutes long, and often longer because I find it hard to pull myself away. Sleepovers include at least the same amount of focused time as two visits per day.
For visit bookings lasting a few weeks or more, I can usually bring my laptop and do some of my admin in your home, so that I can be around for longer.
The following fees are per home with 1-3 cats residing. They apply to Ascot Vale, Essendon, Flemington, Moonee Ponds and Travancore. I can also go further afield, or visit homes with additional cats, by adding a surcharge.
1 visit per day
$50 per visit
With one visit per day, most cats seem content. I’m able to tend to meals, water and litter, and provide a satisfying amount of engagement through playing, affection, etc.
2 visits per day
$45 per visit
Visiting twice a day is useful for administering twice-daily medication, for serving breakfast and dinner separately, and for cats who need extra checking or company.
Sleepovers
$90 per night
Sleepovers allow opportunities for little check-in pats and chats, long lap sits watching TV, and bed snuggles. They’re especially good for cats who are anxious overnight.
Please Note: I recommend that I visit at least once per day
I’ve seen automatic feeders and fountains run out of batteries, become unplugged, and even be broken by interfering paws. I’ve seen food bowls invaded by ants. I’ve seen cats stuck in rooms by doors that swung closed behind them. I’ve seen litter trays too soiled for a cat to comfortably use. Most importantly, I’ve seen how fast life-threatening illnesses in cats can escalate, which is why it’s essential to check on them every day.
Inclusions:
Daily Updates
Every day, I’ll send a written update to your humans detailing how we’ve spent our time together, along with photos or videos.
Medications
I can administer insulin injections, pills and liquid medications at no extra cost.
Home Maintenance
I’m happy to bring in mail, water indoor and outdoor plants, open and close blinds, let in fresh air, run air conditioners and heaters, etc. as part of my visit.
Cancellations and Public Holidays
I don’t charge cancellation fees. I don’t charge extra for public holidays or peak periods, and GST is not applicable.
